Private telephone line for users of the IN-TIME program
We would like to inform you that a private telephone line is now available to all users of the In-TIME health program.
All users receive a personalised service – the call centre responds immediately to your call and immediately refers your query to a trained trainer. They will contact you as soon as possible with answers or suitable solutions.
Questions belonging to a specific phone line may include:
- Scheduling appointments for examinations at our institution as a user of the In-Time Program
- Interpreting the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme On time and what you are entitled to Information on the list of current outpatient clinics in our institution Information on the list of specialists in our institution
- Help with. advising you on how to make referrals or book appointments for specialist examinations and diagnostic tests at our institution
- Help with. advice on finding appointments for specialist examinations and diagnostic tests that we do NOT provide
- Help with information on waiting times in our health care facilities and in other health care facilities around Slovenia
- Helping to provide timely information on prescriptions, tests, referrals issued in our facility
